Parking in the Community

Please be reminded that all residents are expected to park in their garage. The rules state, “Each Owner shall ensure that any such garage accommodates at least the number of Authorized Vehicles for which it was originally constructed. Therefore two (2) vehicles having four (4) wheels.” Using the garage for storage or as a living space is prohibited.

If all residents park in the garage, there will be plenty of parking for guest over the Holidays.
