The Orange County Fair will start on July 17, 2026 and run till August 16, 2026 at the OC Fair and Event Center. Spend a little time eating, viewing exhibits and enjoying the music and rides at this local event.

Please take a moment to review your garage door. The doors get dirty from the street traffic and require periodic cleaning. Please clean your garage door if needed.

Please be sure to have your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet at all times when in the common area. Two dog stations are on the property for your convenience.

Sign up for email communication and save your community the cost of printing and postage. Log in at resident.actionlife.com and change your mail distribution to electronic.

As a friendly reminder, if your holiday decorations are still up, it is time to take them down.
