Upcoming activity in the community:

1. Maintenance painting will take place once the rainy weather has moved on. Some common area items will be painted in addition to the front metal gates to each unit. Please be sure to remove any items that may be attached to the front metal gate. Advanced notice will be provided when the painting has been scheduled.
2. The landscape in the community will be reviewed for needed renovation in phases throughout the year. The first phase has been approved to install new plant material in the back of the property. This will take place once the weather allows.
