Garage Doors
The garage doors in the community tend to accumulate dirt. Please take a moment to review your garage door. If necessary, give it a wash.

Exterior Changes
Do you plan on making exterior changes to your home? Changes, such as adding lights or cameras or changing your paint colors or landscape require approval from the Association. Please be sure to submit an architectural application to have your plans approved, before starting a project.
Doggie Bags
Used doggie bags are being placed in the trash container in the barbecue area. It is preferred, that the bags be disposed of at the doggie stations.

Rain
California is not used to all this rain! Be sure to turn off any sprinklers in your yard to save on water and to keep from overwatering.
Pet Reminders
Please ensure that your pet is on a leash at all times when in the common area. In addition, please pick up after your pet.
