Parking

Residents are required to park in the garage. If your garage if full of stuff, please take time to clean it out and park your vehicles in your garage.

The garage doors in the community could use a little maintenance. Please review your garage door and power wash it if necessary.

Sign up for E-mail communication

Sign up for email communication and save your community the cost of printing and postage. Log in at resident.actionlife.com and change your mail distribution to electronic.


Home Exteriors

The homes in the community are aging and with age comes maintenance. Please review the exterior of your home for any required maintenance.

  1. Wood on the homes may need to be repaired, replaced and or painted.
  2. Stucco may need to be power washed or chips may need to be repaired.
  3. Garage doors may need to be washed.

Please take time to review your home and complete any needed maintenance.

Happy New Year!

As a friendly reminder, holiday decorations are required to be removed by January 15th. If you have not already done so, please remove your holiday decorations.


Damage to Association Property

It has come to our attention that plants and trees in the common area are being cut down. Please be reminded that homeowners that damage association property will be held financially responsible for restoring the property. If you see someone causing damage to association property, please repot to management.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will be held on November 13, 2023, at 6:30pm at 2158 Harmony Way. If you have not already returned your ballot you are welcome to bring it to the meeting.


Please return your ballot.

The ballots for the annual election will be mailed to all homeowners in October. Please return your ballot. While there are no candidates listed on the ballot, we still need to hold the meeting and we will need your ballot to reach quorum.

Request for Candidates

Have you ever considered serving on the Board of Directors for the association? The Board meets quarterly to make decisions on behalf of the association. Consider helping your community by running for the board. You can find the candidate form on the resident portal in the Notices folder. The deadline to submit your candidate statement is August 31, 2023 art 5:00pm.
