Per the CC&Rs, garages are to be used for the parking of vehicles. The garage should not be used for storage or as a gym or living space. Please ensure that your garage is cleared and readily available for the parking of two vehicles and always park in the garage.

The Rules and Regulations state, “All animals must be kept in the residence or fenced areas of the resident lot. Whenever outside the enclosed area of the residence, animals must be kept under control of a person capable of controlling the animal either on a leash or other appropriate restraint or carrier. Each owner shall immediately remove any excrement or clean other unsanitary conditions caused by such owner’s animals on any portion of the properties.”
At no time, should a dog be permitted to be unleashed in the barbecue area. Dogs are only permitted off leash in your personal enclosed space.

Please ensure that your pets are on a leash at all times when in the common area. This includes the gated barbecue area. Also, please pick up after your pets.

There is a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Please consider volunteering to be on the board to help your community. The Board of Directors only meet four times a year so it is not a big commitment.
Ballots for the election will be mailed out the week of October 8th. Write in candidates are permitted, which means if you would like to run for the board, simply write your name on the ballot and vote for yourself and then attend the meeting on November 10th.

There is an open position on the board of Directors. The board of Directors meet once a quarter to make decisions about the community. If you would like to run for the position, please return the request for candidates form that was mailed in early August. The form can be found online at resident.actionlife.com under the Notices tab and it must be returned by 5:00pm on September 7, 2021.
