There is a lot going on in Costa Mesa!
Every Tuesday in July. – Free concerts in the park at Fairview Park. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy live music.

Thank you for helping to keep the community clean, by always picking up after your pet.
Residents are required to keep the garage clean and available for parking. If each resident does their part in parking in the garage, there will be plenty of parking for guest.

The community has hired Pilot Painting to paint the fencing and wood trellis in the barbecue area, and the entry gates at the individual units. The project will take place the week of March 1, 2017.

Please be reminded of the parking and garage rules.
Garage Use.
- Each Owner shall ensure that any such garage accommodates at least the number of Authorized Vehicles for which it was originally constructed. Therefore two (2) vehicles having four (4) wheels.
- Garage doors shall remain closed except for reasonable periods for ingress and egress only.
Parking Rules. No Owner shall park, store or keep any vehicle, except wholly within the parking area designated thereof.
- No Owner shall park, store or keep on any property or private street within the Properties any large commercial type vehicle, any recreational vehicle, any bus, trailer, trailer coach, camp trailer, board, aircraft, mobile home, inoperable vehicle or similar vehicle or any vehicular equipment, mobile or otherwise, deemed a nuisance by the Board, upon any unenclosed parking space, so as to be visible from anywhere in the Properties.
- All private streets are fire lanes. There shall be no parking in the private streets, except for brief period during loading and unloading and not left unattended.
- No repairs or restoration of any motor vehicle, boat, trailer, aircraft or other vehicle, except wholly within the Owner’s garage, and then only when the garage door is closed.
- No inoperable unregistered vehicles, or vehicles not being used shall be stored anywhere on the property except within the resident’s garage.
- No vehicles may park within fifteen (15) feet of a fire hydrant.
- Association parking spaces shall not be used for long-term parking, or for the permanent storage of any vehicle or personal property. They are unreserved and unassigned, temporary, short-term use by residents and invitees of the resident only.
- No guest may occupy the same guest space for longer than consecutive seventy-two (72) hours.
- Each Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that their, guests, family members, and tenants comply with the restrictions and requirement set forth in the Rules and Regulations. All violators of any parking rules will be subject to fine and/or towing at the Owners expense.

Upcoming activity in the community:
- Maintenance painting will take place once the rainy weather has moved on. Some common area items will be painted in addition to the front metal gates to each unit. Please be sure to remove any items that may be attached to the front metal gate. Advanced notice will be provided when the painting has been scheduled.
- The landscape in the community will be reviewed for needed renovation in phases throughout the year. The first phase has been approved to install new plant material in the back of the property. This will take place once the weather allows.
