Volunteer Needed

Garage Door Cleaning

Several garage doors in the community are in need of cleaning. Please take a moment to assess your garage door and if needed, please give it a quick wash.

Parking and Garage Reminders

In has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that many residents are using their garage for storage and regularly parking vehicles in the open parking. Please be reminded, Article II Section 2.9.4(b) of the CC&Rs states, “Each owner shall at all times maintain a 20’ x 20’ unobstructed area in the garage to allow for the parking of two (2) authorized vehicles…”

At this time, the Board of Director’s is asking each resident to ensure their garage is cleared of storage and to park at least two vehicles in the garage. If each resident parks at least two vehicles in the garage, as was intended when the community was built, there will be plenty of parking for guest. Should storage in the garages and parking of residents in the guest parking continue to be a problem, the Board will be forced to hire a patrol company to enforce the parking rules. This will cause an increase in the monthly assessments.

It has also been brought to the Board’s attention that some of the homes are being damaged by vehicles that are parking in the spaces between the homes. Please have respect and consideration for your neighbor’s property when parking in these spaces and use care not to allow the car door to hit the home next to the parking spot. To help avoid this problem, please consider only parking compact cars in the spaces between the homes.

Parking Reminder

Please be reminded, parking behind the garage is not permitted. All streets in the community are fire lanes and must stay clear. Vehicles parked in this area are subject to tow.


Delay In Monthly Statements

There was a delay in the monthly statements and many Homeowners have not yet received their statement. Your statement should arrive the week of March 4, 2019. Assessments are due on the 1st of the month and you have a fifteen day grace period. You will not receive a late fee as long as your payment is received on or before the 15th of the month.

You may obtain a copy of your statement by logging in to the resident portal or contacting Community Care at communitycare@actionlife.com.

If you haven’t returned your ballot for the annual election, please bring it to the barbecue area on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 6:00pm.


Please Return Your Ballot

The Annual Meeting will be held on November 19, 2018 at the barbecue area.

The Regular meeting will start at 6:00pm and the Annual Meeting will begin at 6:15pm. Please return your ballot to Action or bring it to the meeting. Returning your ballot will help ensure the we will reach quorum.


Upcoming Work in the Community

The Board of Directors approved a proposal for tree trimming. The trees will be trimmed in October. The Board is also looking into plant replacement for some of the bare areas.


Trash Containers

Please be reminded: Trash containers should be removed from the common area and stored out of sight in the garage or yard area the same day as trash pick up.
