The OC fair will take place at the fair grounds from July 13th through August 12th.

Fair hours:

Wednesday – Friday: Noon to Midnight

Saturday and Sunday: 11:00am to Midnight

Monday – Tuesday: Closed

Garage Door Maintenance

Several of the garage doors in the community are in need of washing. Please take a minute to assess the condition of your garage door. If it is covered in grime, please give it a wash.


Please Remember to Pick Up After Your Pets

It has been reported that dog waste is becoming a problem throughout the community. Please do your part and pick up after your pets.

Change in Board Meeting Date

Please note, the Board meeting scheduled for February 19, 2018 has been rescheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 6:00pm.

All Homeowners are encouraged to attend.


Parking in the Community

Please be reminded that all residents are expected to park in their garage. The rules state, “Each Owner shall ensure that any such garage accommodates at least the number of Authorized Vehicles for which it was originally constructed. Therefore two (2) vehicles having four (4) wheels.” Using the garage for storage or as a living space is prohibited.

If all residents park in the garage, there will be plenty of parking for guest over the Holidays.

Request for Candidates

Are you interested in serving on the Board? The Board of Directors are elected Homeowners that help run the Association. At this time we are looking for volunteers. The Board meets quarterly for approximately two hours. If you are interested, please complete the Board of Directors Candidate statement, and return it to Action Property Management. But hurry, this form must be received by 5:oopm on Friday, October 6, 2017.
