There is a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Please consider volunteering to be on the board to help your community. The Board of Directors only meet four times a year so it is not a big commitment.

Ballots for the election will be mailed out the week of October 8th. Write in candidates are permitted, which means if you would like to run for the board, simply write your name on the ballot and vote for yourself and then attend the meeting on November 10th.

There is an open position on the board of Directors. The board of Directors meet once a quarter to make decisions about the community. If you would like to run for the position, please return the request for candidates form that was mailed in early August. The form can be found online at resident.actionlife.com under the Notices tab and it must be returned by 5:00pm on September 7, 2021.

The Board meeting scheduled for May 19, 2021 has been cancelled. The meeting is being rescheduled for June, but the date has not yet be set. Please check back for updates or log in to the resident portal at resident.acitonlife.com for the updated meeting date.

Please be reminded, if you plan to make exterior changes, including but not limited to, painting, landscape changes or new windows an architectural application must be submitted prior to making the changes. The architectural application can be found online a resident.actionlife.com.

Please ensure that your pets are on a leash at all times when in the common areas. This includes the barbecue area.

Please clean up after your pets to help keep the community a pleasant place to live.

We hope you had a great holiday season. Please be reminded that holiday decorations should be removed by January 15, 2021.

The community will hold it’s annual election on November 18th at the Benassi residence located at 2158 Harmony Way and via zoom. You were mailed a ballot for the election. If you haven’t already, please return your ballot as soon as possible.

Many of the garage doors in the community are in need of cleaning. Please take a look at your garage door and clean it if needed.
